Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience, the problem is that they are repeat offenders, there are always products missing when you order from home, then when you call they say to write to the complaints when it's just a tactic to make people not want to going to complain due to an operation that wastes time and is never successful as it is a complex procedure.
