To my expectations, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice, but I had a problem with the broasted, it was a little rancid, but the shawarma was very good.
A real insider tip, super fair prices, almost too fair. Very friendly service :
Phew. I can 't recommend going there at all. The boss exhibited this problematic behavior: Just wanted to quickly grab something to eat, I have a meeting/appointment. I communicated this. Many restaurants take this into consideration – e.g., if the guest has a bus/train/appointment. Instead of hurrying, the boss puts a trash can next to the food and wipes it down – without washing his hands with soap before preparing the meal. First tolerance limit. And the boss doesn 't know how his card reader works. I paid with a card. It said Authorization completed, meaning the payment was successful. (See Google. He doesn 't believe me that the payment was successful. Should I pay with a card twice, twice for the same thing? He got a translator on his phone, and for something as banal as a simple, uncomplicated card payment, they robbed the customers of unnecessary time and stress. The young woman didn 't understand that the whole thing was already rude when I clarified in advance that I didn 't have much time. She focused on wasting valuable phone time, demanding understanding instead of asking. Because the shopkeeper didn 't understand his own card reader, his job tool. And that cost me an hour. I had to leave my already paid food there. Out of hunger. I went to the dervish. He only needed three minutes for the same thing. On the way, a Damascus customer who was present at the conflict told me that I had argued objectively and confidently, but that he would have been more emotional if he were me. When I returned, the translator finally googled it and agreed with me. Still demanded understanding and showed not a shred of humility: This shop demanded quite a lot from me (paying for food when I was hungry. Valuable time of an hour when others were waiting for me. Patience. Nerves. Emotions. After a 3 week return trip, freshly arrived in Trier . So I interrupted them, as I was already an hour late because of this shop. €10 is 50 minutes of work at a minimum wage job. And I had to wait an hour for nothing. I got my money, €10 back, and no respect. The shopkeeper was mimicking me. I shouldn 't be like that. Would he have done this to a man who was legitimately upset that his time was being stolen, even though he had informed me before the service that he had an appointment? No one there showed compassionate, remorseful behavior: it 's a crazy world to put someone through so much trouble and demand understanding. He 's mimicking me. I shouted loudly, An apology would be appropriate and left. Disrespectful, the owner. Why are you returning €10 (without service after an hour of missing service for food that took 5 minutes – knowing you did something wrong – and mimicking someone? In our restaurant, they would have smiled conciliatorily. They would have apologized. They would have realized that it 's not the customer 's responsibility that you, as the owner, aren 't familiar with your equipment...or that you 're learning the language of your service. My parents work as migrants in Germany. They keep track of the time it takes for the customer to choose their service. This Yes, he can 't speak German is no excuse for this disrespectful behavior. Extremely unprofessional. And also unhygienic (didn 't wash his hands with soap . It would be a sign of solidarity if the shop owner were so disrespectful about his own misconduct that he spread the word. Why? Anyone who can 't apologize doesn 't care about the customer 's well being. How can I trust that this store will act in a customer friendly manner in other areas? (Hygiene, fair payment, responsibility regarding health related regulations when eating food If you point out the store owner 's responsibility, he 'll probably just mimic you like a child... From the bottom of my heart, I really can 't recommend anyone trust this store and invest their valuable time and money there. It 's best not to go there; your energy and resources deserve better :
Very tasty and great vegan options!
Everything is delicious, I highly recommend it! I recommend the falafel and the shish tawuk! Everything is homemade, so there are no industrial products.
