Eating is excellent for what they expect from the German kitchen. service is slow and not friendly. we waited an hour for our food. most people smoke inside so it is not pleasant to eat. the prices are good.

Great small local pub. small, but cozy and comfortable. English speaking bar spelling was very helpful. that was great. hot and in generous portions. they will go early when it gets busy as the evening goes.

We were lucky to get a table for 6 by just walking in, it was very busy. Despite our limited knowledge of German we had a great experence, Staff were very helpful and we felt that we had a true german evening unlike the places...in the centre of Trier which cater for tourists. This is very much a place for the locals but we were made very welcome by the staff and customers who helped with some of the translations.

Later. the place was full, but Christina asked us to join her. beautiful meal. wonderful botanical for the city. after eating made us a walk around her city. many thanks to a bumblebee!

传统德国餐厅。在本地口碑很好，专门去了好几次都因为装修关门。后来终于等到开门，一盘菜等了一个半小时！并且只有德语菜单，但是菜品还算不错。 情人节前一天，男友特地去预定。当晚准时到，老板娘竟然微笑着对我们说她把我们预定的桌子给别人了！还让我们再等1个半小时。。。我们再次跟她确认昨天有预定过，老板娘没有任何表示，也没有任何歉意，反正就是给别人了。 总体来说 这是家给当地人开的家庭式小餐厅，不欢迎游客。 Authentique, family runned German restaurant. Very crowded, full of local customers. My boyfriend has reserved a table the day before Valentine's Day and got the oral confirmation of the owner of the restaurant. We arrived at time the next day, she...told us the table we reserved had been given to other customers (local customers, her friends apparently) and if we want to have dinner, we needed to wait another 1,5 hour, without any apology! Absolutely disgusting !
