There were also plugs ri... read more We stayed one night in the family room and it was very nice. It was still warm but they had a standing fan in the room which was great. There were also plugs right under the TV so we could plug in our personal Firestick with ease. They give you a free parking pass with an assigned spot in a covered garage but we originally parked in an EasyPark place just up the road before we knew that. The parking isn't far but it's not attached to the hotel. The hotel itself was quiet but the room was off the mainstreet so the motorcycles were noisy at times. The staff was very friendly and I would stay here again.

Service was friendly and prompt. One of the older ladies at the check-in counter did appear brusque and frustrated, but we assume it's because she isn't comfortable speaking in a foreign language. She was perfectly happy checking us out the next day in German : perhaps a hotel catering to local tourists : we didn't get to try the black forest cake because our stay was so short. Pity :

The Service was really bad, we ordered 4 cakes, there was an old lady who seemed really disrespectful and rude, she rolled her eyes towards us several times wit... read more The Service was really bad, we ordered 4 cakes, there was an old lady who seemed really disrespectful and rude, she rolled her eyes towards us several times without any reason. The cakes were bland and not even close to other restaurants. The lady even got one of our orders wrong without saying sorry when we confronted her, really disappointed. The other staff were nice but this one was discriminatory towards us. Service: 1
