The best restaurant in Treviso, hands down. The gastronomic offering is top-notch, with never-pretty-common pairings. The cold spaghetti with bottarga and shrimp and scampi tartare, recently added to the menu, is one of the best dishes I've ever eaten.
One of the best pizzas in Treviso, good food, but spending €100 to wait 35 minutes for a cold appetizer (watermelon caprese) and another 25 minutes for overcooked pasta (good sauce) is a no-go. We weren't asked for dessert (we were asked if we wanted anything else, yes, but I'd expect more professional service from a certain place). I asked for two coffees and a grappa on the side (which never arrived). Good food, but the service wasn't up to par. At least asking if everything was okay or offering a complimentary liqueur would have been appreciated. I'm not asking for perfection, but given the price, I expected something more.
I 've been here twice and have always had pizza. It 's obviously very expensive compared to a traditional pizzeria, but the pizza is truly perfect. It 's delicious when you eat it (the ingredients, the dough, the cooking), and most importantly, it doesn 't leave you thirsty or bloated. I had the one with smoked cherry tomatoes, and it 's amazing. The waiters are lovely, the service is quick but not excessively so. A great place for a dinner with friends.
Our favorite restaurant The dishes are delicious, the result of research based on excellent raw materials. Try the leavened products, which will take you to a new dimension. And the kindness and savoir faire are superb. The stars are well deserved.

In short: amazing food. I tend to expect good or good food when I'm in Italy. That was quite off the scale. The seafood star who impressed me most was named cryptic along the lines of raw and ruin. It consisted of slightly marinated thin slices of raw seafood on a layer of thin slices of fruit and with points of two sauces. Lined with some pizza bread and paired with a glass of delicate crisp and citrusy Riesling, it was a form of gastronomic poetry. The pizza we had later was fantastic, I had a Napleser with scallops and cepes (what a combination! , my better half had a house special, as original and delicious. And then the desserts came! The Venetian citrus sorbet (yes, I am part of this family was amazing. The millefeuille was (again) from the scale. I never had one who looked like a bullet of thin Vermicelli and tasted like a crispy cloud of treat. And it was just because we talked to a very helpful man who went on the same bus we brought from our hotel to the city center, and we fought with the ticket system. We asked him to recommend a place to eat. He gave us a map and suggested to book a table. That we were glad we did. Later he dived on our table and looked at us well. Identified as Johnny when we were gone. Thank you, Johnny!
The first thing you notice in search of the menu is the price, surely you pay a lot more for a pizza at this point than at other places in Treviso. But I can say that it was worth it! I actually had a monthly special that was a Romana melanzane, it was absolutely delicious! Recommend this restaurant! The ingredients and quality are definitely a highlight!
My friend and I had lunch and dinner at this place during our holiday trip to Treviso, the food and drinks were really good. The staff was also the best! I highly recommend it!
The restaurant require a booking before u go. First time I went without booking and I am not able to dine in and the second time I learn the lesson and make a appointment before hand. But believe me. It worth it. The pizza is fantastic. The base was incredible. A 'must ' to try in ur life if you are tourist. But be careful Hahaha cos it might make your life have difficulty to try other 's pizza out of here. Hahaha
