Absolutely lovely. Very inspiring cuisine and the reception was warm and very professional. A trip inside umbria worth making! My partner doesnt eat coriandolo, and the chef very elegantly tweaked the menu. As main dish we were served pork belly, unforgettable.
In this restaurant, cuisines from the world meet typical Umbrian ingredients, a combination that the chef prepares with great technique and accuracy. The service is very good and the restaurant is immersed in the Umbrian countryside with an excellent view of Spoleto and its valley. Definitely recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
What an experience! This is such a little gem! Young chef Marco from Spoleto has travelled the world and brought back flavours and ideas from these travels. The results are delicious Witty amuse bouches, delicate dishes, stupendous desserts. I ate the best ever pidgeon I have ever tasted, roasted thighs and melt in the mouth pan fried breast with a fermented blackberry sauce, The crema catalana with passion fruit sorbet is so heavenly, I have eaten it three times! After three visits, I cannot wait to return! Grazie Marco e Giuseppe! Dietary restrictions: Many dishes are gluten free and chef Marco bakes his own incredibly delicious gluten free bread as well as baking bread for all his guests.

We had dinner in this restaurant immersed in the green Umbrian countryside with a spectacular view of the valley and Spoleto. It was a real discovery: very high level catering, dishes from a starred restaurant, the Chef offers truly exquisite combinations that are worth the trip. The place is also very nice and well kept. In summer you can also eat outdoors. I will definitely be back.... Service: Dine in
