This is such a little gem! Young chef Marco from Spoleto has travelled the world and brought back flavours and ideas from these travels. The results are delicious Witty amuse bouches, delicate dishes, stupendous desserts. I ate the best ever pidgeon I have ever tasted, roasted thighs and melt in the mouth pan fried breast with a fermented blackberry sauce, The crema catalana with passion fruit sorbet is so heavenly, I have eaten it three times! After three visits, I cannot wait to return! Grazie Marco e Giuseppe! Dietary restrictions: Many dishes are gluten free and chef Marco bakes his own incredibly delicious gluten free bread as well as baking bread for all his guests.
