Unfortunately, the pork knuckle was lacking seasoning (yes, you can add more salt, but then it won't penetrate the crust), and my fries were unfortunately too salty. It happens sometimes, but it took half an hour to get a replacement, which is a bit long for a fries that weren't returned. Nevertheless, we'll be back.
