I started with the panzanella and the croutons were perfect, big and soaked in taste, but still keep his crunchy. the tomato were a sort I never had, and they were incredibly sweet for late mai. next was the pollen-cacciatore style and that was one of the best I ever had. not soaked in tomato sauce, simply beautifully decorated with small olives, which are scattered over. my friends all had the lamb that was perfectly delicate and tasty and to round it off, that was also great. the service was very attentive and she went on to visit for her immaculate English and my immaculate Italian with a big smile and regular to check on us and still manage unhurried Tuscan service. I setze fondo right on my top 5 lists
