Stopped by to kill some time with my kids, the manager offered my daughter a cookie that had been broken.

The staff is super friendly, my only complaint is that when you mobile order they wait till you arrive to make it. I'm sure this comes from a nice place of wanting your order to be hot, but I order ahead so it can be cold enough to enjoy prior to work. This is the only Tim's that seems to do this. Good intentions, but would be great if it was made when ordered.

To the young lady that made my chai tea lattè today, thank you!!!! I 've been to so many other Timmies. They would literally give me a coffee with tea bags in it when asking for a tea lattè .For something so simple, it seemed to baffle sooo many.THANKS AGAIN!Jan/3/243:30pmCFB Trenton

For almost 6 years this was our favourite Tim Hortons location but after being told I was a liar by the supervisor because our order was deliberately made wrong by a disgruntled employee because we asked him a question about a new product we had just noticed at the drive through. Trust me we are just as confused, because we were the ones who could have been offended but weren’t. We let it go as a speaker issue, grabbed our coffees and hadn’t opened them until we were on the 401. Both were dumped because at that point who knows what’s in them.After unloading my anger about it to friends a few of us have just decided the coffee isn’t worth the experience when two large regular coffees just cost us $8 and it destroyed the vibe for what was supposed to be a beautiful afternoon. None of us can recall being treated like that by any other coffee franchise so we don’t need to continue to support Tim Hortons and are going to give our money the one of other many coffee shops in the area.
