Starbucks - Trenton

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent and fast, and the food and drinks are always top-notch. The baristas are very friendly, and the location is always clean. This is definitely a model that other Starbucks should aspire to.

I never thought I would ever be writing this, as I have never had a problem with this Starbucks until today. My cousin and I went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte with almond milk and extra caramel drizzle. The lady who took our order interrupted us and said, "Oh, that's how it's made, so you just want the caramel drizzle?" We confirmed that was correct, but noticed that the total was cheaper than usual. When we politely asked at the first window if the drink was made with almond milk, the employee became defensive and told us that we didn't specify almond milk and that these types of drinks are not on their menu. We offered to just take the drinks without almond milk, but she refused and insisted on making them for us with an attitude. Ultimately, we left without our drinks.

Lots of big windows, very clean and mellow vibe. Great place to work and the staff is really nice.

The ladies here are always friendly, and their order accuracy is excellent.
