It's a special occasion to come here to eat every year with my family. The food, service, ambiance, and quality are top-notch, all at a still-affordable price. One of the few restaurants that maintains the traditional values of our region. The vegan menu deserves top marks, highly recommended!
This is my second time here. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a young, friendly staff. They offer a set menu, with a choice of appetizers and first courses, or appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The price is excellent, and the quality is good. Especially for a leisurely lunch or dinner with friends, given the many courses, it's definitely recommended.
If I could give it 7 stars, I would. A fantastic discovery! If you've never been invited to a wedding, don't worry, book here and you'll have the same experience! Kudos to everyone, from the young and enthusiastic waiters to the chef for the fantastic dishes, and to the owners for putting the guest first.
I highly recommend the Michelin restaurant for its kindness, organization, and quality of products from the appetizer to the dessert trolley. I also appreciate the waiters who came by to ask for seconds. Compliments to all the Michelin staff. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. Have a nice day!
For years, I'd been searching for a restaurant capable of combining quantity, quality, and fair pricing. The Michelin-starred restaurant in Tregnago has achieved something far from expected: combining all three without compromise. We chose this place to celebrate my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary and opted for the full menu, with four first courses and three second courses: a generous, carefully crafted, and well-balanced offering. The staff, mostly young, stands out for their friendliness, expertise, and naturalness. Between one conversation and another, the experience is enriched by small, off-menu touches that become a true mini-appetizer: from warm tigelle to other appetizers offered with great discretion. Among the first courses, an excellent Amarone risotto stands out, but the carrot soup, ricotta crespella, and artichoke tortelli also deserve a mention, all balanced and well-executed. A pleasant break with a sorbet prepares you for the main course. The main courses confirm the quality: roast turkey with mushrooms, strips of beef with vegetables, and, to finish, a simply memorable warm carne salada. The dessert menu is impressive in variety and will tempt even the most hesitant. The house wines are also worthy of note, offered at extremely reasonable prices. Truly, congratulations: I've been looking for a restaurant like this for years. We'll definitely be back.
