Papa Gino's In Bra - tree Town

If this was my first experience getting Papa Gino’s take-out I wouldn’t return. Ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. It looked like someone dumped a bottle of buffalo sauce and a bottle of blue cheese dressing over the pizza. It was like soup on top and soggy underneath. Couldn’t even pick it up without it all sliding off. Gross. It was also only cut into 2 slices. Ended up in the trash. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because I’ve had decent experiences in the past. Funny, Papa Gino’s responded to my comment telling me to email them and they’d make it right (I don’t see the comment here anymore) so I did and they never responded. Lol Not helping their review.

Jeff the manager really helps keep everything going smoothly and Tom the pizza cook is amazing! He always makes sure slices never run out!!

Great service and food by Dylan and the crew. We ordered the rustic pizza and French fries. His service was phenomenal (I even got a free compliment! Definitely recommend this location. Clean, maintained nicely and timely.

This place is really not becoming of the brand. Number one they use door dash now. Well the door dash driver handed me my box in such a way to almost make the contents of it spill out, he smiled an laughed. 2. The bread sticks were barely cooked. You can't take a large dow, smoosh it out an stuff it in the oven right? What is so difficult about doing it? This is cheese bread sticks. On a dine in. The handed a trey that was not washed an covered in grease and slime. Can't wash dishes here either here? I will recommend a new GM to corprate and a little more oversight of the place. Is the food even safe? The problem is, food an service is not cheap. So to just take someones money, an provide trash service an nasty food is theft. Stay away from ginos until they fix their brand, and locations.
