I had a very pleasant experience, the food was delicious and the service was awesome! The manager Julie greeted us right away and came over to check on us before she left...overall great experience!

This place is wonderful Its more like a locally owned restaurant rather than a chain. Food is terrific the folks working the front desk are so busy with the phones and getting the take out orders but always pleasant and welcoming

Mixed review. Met a bunch of old friends for dinner. No complaints about that. Great service and food. Being someone who has been a customer since Joey Crugnale opened first little place in Somerville. As they grew and added locations I was also a big fan of their Italian Sausage Soup. So when I was leaving I decided to order a bowl to bring home. When the woman came out with this tiny plastic bowl I mentioned I wanted the bowl. She said this is the bowl. I said I'd hate to see what a small looks like. The soup came in this little plastic thing that you might get your side of mashed potatoes and gravy at KFC. Additionally, the soup was mostly grease. Very disappointed.
