We tried the one rolled out with a rolling pin, and the quality was flawed, but they could have used a few more slices of porchetta and a few more potatoes. The waitresses were uninterested and unsmiling. With the place half empty, they never showed up at the table once the order was taken and the pizzas were delivered. I don't think we'll be back.
