It seems unkind... read more I am quite disappointed with some people's behavior when they enter a modest establishment where the staff are clearly under a lot of pressure. It seems unkind for those in similar professions to treat them disrespectfully. I want to commend the staff at the old Traralgon store; they genuinely do their best. It's important to show kindness and appreciation to others.

Ethan was so impressiona... read more Today I was served by a young boy Ethan at Traralgon East Mc Donald’s. This review is to say what a wonderful asset he is to the store. Ethan was so impressionable I had to send this review. Ethan welcomed us all to the counter and was honestly the most happiest person I have ever encountered at the checkout. He even made my kids laugh and me too with just being so incredibly happy to serve us. I was so impressed with his service and communication. I went on to watch him multi-task more orders as I waited and he was also helping serve both the orders he had made and the drive-through. It was so lovely to have witnessed such a beautiful young man greet each person at the counter and even offering service to deliver food to our table because we had to wait extra for something that was accidentally missed from the order. He was going above and beyond to ensure service was achieved in a timely manner and making all his customers were happy. So big thanks and Well done Ethan on your excellent customer service.
