When I arrived to pick up my order 20 minutes later, I ended up waiting for half an hour until my name was finally called. I inquired about my order, only to be told that my ticket had been misplaced and they hadn't even started preparing my food. The employees were not in a pleasant mood and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.

They called ba... read more So my Fiance ordered dinner for us off her phone. At the time I had jumped into the shower after my 12hr shift. She gave them my name and number. They called back 5 mins later saying "we aren 't cooking your order because the number you gave us was different to the one you called on. (Wow way to go Sherlock. Probably because it was my Fiance ordering for me. She is on bed rest at the moment mind you. So I got there 30 minutes after we ordered after they said it was fine over the phone. I got there to pay. Well would you look at that they hadn 't even started cooking it yet. So after waiting there for 20 minutes my food was finally cooked. No apology. No discount. Absolute disgrace. Family and friends now know the story. A lot of lost customers from tonight 's atrocities. Sincerely, Lachlan (and yes this is me, not my partner on my phone... pun intended.
