When I arrived to pick up my order 20 minutes later, I ended up waiting for half an hour until my name was finally called. I inquired about my order, only to be told that my ticket had been misplaced and they hadn't even started preparing my food. The employees were not in a pleasant mood and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.

Unfortun... read more However, after some thought, I need to address the service. While the food is outstanding, I initially gave a 5-star rating based on the cuisine alone. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff's interactions with each other and with customers are often quite rude. It’s a shame because we truly enjoyed the food, but due to the unpleasant atmosphere, we won’t be returning to this restaurant.
