From the start on ordering wine and asking it to be well chilled , waiter still brought wine that was not chilled and just put it in an iced sleeve. Obit after asking owner did they then bring us a bucket with ice. Waiter was rude and food not up to Sicilian standards, the pesce spada for the involtini di pesce which is a Sicilian classic was overcooked. Nothing special and we ate better at the Ballaro market and certainly paid less!

Not only is the food exquisite, the service is pleasing, something not easy to come by in Trapani. We visited on our first night and said we have to come back before our trip ends.
