Description

Nestled in a lively yet smoky atmosphere reminiscent of the '80s, this restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences for diners. Service quality fluctuates dramatically, with reports of long waits and minimal attention, particularly in the bar area. However, when food arrives, it often delights, especially the meatball subs and pickled eggs, praised as the best around. Many patrons recommend takeout via the convenient drive-thru, especially for their standout pizza. With reasonable prices ranging from $10 to $30 per person, this establishment might be best suited for those seeking flavorful food without the dining hassle.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant on Tuesday afternoons from 11-6. The bartender and cook are exceptional, especially Chrissy who is very friendly and polite. The service is top-notch, with a dine-in option for lunch that ranges from $20 to $30 per person. The food is delicious and I give it a rating of 4 out of 5, along with the service and atmosphere. I recommend trying the Steak Wedge and the Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

I really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant. However, I don't like being around cigarette smoke, so I decided to take my order to go. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5, and the meal was for dinner. The food received a rating of 5 as well, while the atmosphere was rated a 3.

This restaurant has a typical older bar appearance, with a slightly dingy atmosphere on the bar side of the building. It is a spacious venue with a patio and a good number of pool tables and skill games. We tried the pizza, as it is known for that. While it was good, I wouldn't say it was the best pizza I've ever had. I did appreciate that the toppings went all the way to the edge of the thick crust, so there was never a crust-only bite. Our food arrived quickly on the day we visited. It's worth noting that you order at the bar and then your food is brought out to you by a kitchen worker.

After a mix-up with our drink orders, we finally received our food, which included a large pepperoni pizza, wings, meatball subs, fries, fried mushrooms, and pickled eggs. The quality of the food was good, although the pizza was lacking in sauce. We particularly enjoyed the meatball subs, wings, and mushrooms. Unfortunately, we had to remind the bartender about the pickled eggs we had ordered, which turned out to be the best we had ever tried. Despite the subpar service and atmosphere, the prices were reasonable. We would consider returning to this restaurant for takeout, especially for the delicious pickled eggs.
