Conflicting reviews. 4 of us went twice in the week for dinner. The first time was excellent great service (blonde Becca), great bruschetta with blue cheese, olive pasta, veal marsala, bowtie with meatballs and pesto pasta were all great as were the cannoles and wine selections by Becca. Mussels were ok but being from down east we should have known better. Two nights later service was poor . Waitress seemed to take an immediate dislike to one in our group and it became a great source of laughter amongst the other 3. She did not take his order with ours and when she did come back and he asked to order she returned several minutes later to inform him his choice was not available so he chose another dish, one of us gave him the rest of their salad to eat and she took it away before he was finished and then he had to ask for a beer he ordered a second time. Used to love coming to eat here whenever I got the chance but I feel like the last couple of times I have gone to eat here the food has been extremely salty. The taste of the food would be great if there was way less salt. When I came here to eat in the fall the salt level on the food and wedding soup was perfect, I enjoyed the food very much, and recommended the people I know to come here for good Italian food. But the last couple times I’ve been here this year the wedding soup has been way too salty and is unbearable to eat along with the pasta dishes I ordered. I tried to give this place a second chance but it’s disappointing since this used to be my favorite Italian spot to eat at.
