It’... read more We’re staying at the Meadowlands Hotel, which is wonderful. After a long day of traveling from the US, we checked in and headed next door to Johnny Frank’s. It’s a charming pub with really great food. You have to try the seafood chowder with soda bread – rich, creamy, and packed with generous chunks of seafood. My wife had the fish and chips, which were perfectly cooked and surprisingly light despite being fried. As a salmon lover, I went for the baked salmon, which was some of the best I can remember. Of course, the perfect pints of Guinness complemented the meal, and the waitress recommended a shot of Cork Irish Whiskey to finish it off – a flawless way to end the evening.

Paired with a pint of Guinness, it was the perfect combination to keep our spirits high throughout the day!
