I don 't ask for mu... read more I was eager to try this place after seeing the glowing reviews, but unfortunately my experience was subpar. I found the service was lacking. I don 't ask for much, but the guy lacked basic courtesy, and did not offer any indication that he appreciates my business. Hi please and thank you would be a great start. He also said he gave away my food, like I was being told off for arriving a few minutes after his estimated time. I get if you decide to give my product to a customer that arrives earlier, but the comments were unnecessary. I also wasn 't fond of the food. The cheeseburger was too salty, and very dry. The cheese was crispy, not melty. The onion was so strong I 'm still tasting it hours later. The poutine was okay, but the oil on the fries tasted a bit rancid. I know this area lacks options for a decent burger, but I doubt I 'll be back to this particular joint.
