Always a family
I fell in love with this place as a child and have been waiting decades to come back. Plenty has changed but the meatballs and pasta sauce are as good as they've ever been! The salad has been vastly improved too! The staff are lovely and friendly, and the atmosphere is really inviting and fun. This place has set the bar for Italiam food all my life and I have yet to find another that rivals them.
Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Family of 6 ordered 1hour 30 mins later the food arrived. Kids Alfredo penne was all butter, kids had a few bites. Don’t even get me started on the our main course. Zero communication from sever to our table. First visit, never to return.
Food has been the same for the last 30+ years. Always reliable.
Mary has the best place going in town! If haven't been to the colander in downtown trail u should go! If it's been quite a while...put it on your list to go again!
