All the times I have bought a pastry it has been fully cold and I wasn’t informed that it would be so cold, and during a visit today for a chicken slice which I asked for I got a steak slice and there was no time for me to go back as my train was due-and it was barely warm enough to eat View all feedback.

The friendliness of strangers last Monday 6/12/21 poured rain when my friend fell and landed on the wet floor. next moment the administration and one of the male employees there. they helped us in the loading where we got a cup of tea when we were protected from the rain. beautiful cup of tea before we left, they made sure my friend was okay. in the middle time I noticed the beautiful display of sandwiches and the variety of hot food offered on. thanks to the employees for their ease and practical help. you rock young.

I just want to say how wonderful your staff are. I came in yesterday after having some really sad news, and they were just so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to be nice to me and others in there. I haven't experienced much of this this year, but want to say how much it was appreciated.
