This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. The service on weekends is terrible; there’s no pizza available, and the staff seems annoyed that you're there. They are not attentive at all, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I placed an order through the app for pickup at this location, requesting two sandwiches. For one sandwich, I added avocado for an extra charge of $2.20. However, when I got home, I discovered that the avocado was missing. I didn't want to make the trip back to Subway, so I sent an email via their website to the owner of this location, explaining the issue and requesting a refund for the $2.20. I didn’t ask for a complimentary sandwich, just the refund for the charge. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me, but I believe that if you're going to charge extra for something, you should actually receive it. The owner responded, saying he discussed my order with his team and hoped my experience would be better in the future. I then asked him if he would refund my $2.20, but he didn’t reply. Oh well, there's a better sandwich shop closer to my home that I’ll choose to support instead.
After a long day of work my buddy and I decided to inside and eat at this subway only to find it with a long line and what we thought was going to be a long wait. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. The two young outstanding employees on shift were THE quickest and most polite and nothing sort of professional. I've never experienced such fast and effective customer service like this....To top it all off... the sandwich was AMAZING. 10 STARS. Will definitely be eating more subway on my travel home from work and make sure it's this location specifically.
I visited the restaurant on a Friday, expecting it to be open until midnight as advertised. However, the employee had already closed the store by 10 PM. If the staff doesn't want to work until the official closing time, it would be wise to adjust the store hours to avoid disappointing customers who come in. Additionally, I found their serving practices frustrating; they placed the vegetables one by one, which seems unreasonable considering we are paying for the food.
