My wife and I purchased shrimp fried rice w/broccoli and a egg roll. The shrimp fried rice w/broccoli was so delicious but we didn't care for the egg roll. My half and half was very tasty. The large shrimp fried rice w/broccoli was enough for 3 people. I gave 4 stars because of the egg roll. I would recommend this Chinese Carryout any day of the week. Customer service was amazing and the staff was Covid-19 safe, espe... View all feedback.
What Ofelia Murray doesn't like about Central Asia:
If I could set zero stars, I would, bad service. Mediocre food. Unsanitary conditions, so they don't want you to look in the back. I should call the health department. View all feedback.

Had to update my rating from 5 stars to 1. This place is downhill. Big house chow mine is $19 and is a complete joke. Now I have to find a new week's place.
I don't know if we have a bad batch, but it wasn't good. We ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Vegetable Lo Mein, General Tsos chicken and crab meats. None of them really had any taste that wontons were dry and had hardly any filling in them. The chicken was overcooked and stringy, nothing tasted fresh. And the red sauce for the cantons tasted like bladder medicine and smells like melted candy. Even the lucky news made no sense! We won't order from here again.
Best Chinese food in Baltimore!! From the beginning of the 1970s to Central Asia. Used to your restaurant every year for my birthday!! My friends family would give me gift certificates for Valentine?s day, my birthday, mother? Day, etc. Whenever I was asked where I wanted to go for dinner, I would say here or Steak Ale restaurants! Mostly Central Asia would say!!!! Really the best Chinese I? what ever had!!!!!!
Great food and never disappointed. Friendly customer service
