Speeds has always been our favorite seafood restaurant, and it’s still quite good. However, the wait for food has become excessively long—at least an hour, which is too much when you have a restless child. There were hardly any other customers there when we left. I suspect, though I'm not certain, that a change in ownership or management might be causing these delays and the decline in service.
