Fuji Japanese Steak House

This is a great somewhat local place. Its in the mall. They have great svc and food

Great food with entertaining hibachi chefs. I always recommend the scorpion bowl (have options for one or two people) and the sit at the grill hibachi experience.

However, the service can be hit or miss. I had a fantastic experience with one server who was super professional, but on another visit, the service was just okay. Despite that, I still recommend it for a nice dinner. Prices are a little on the higher side, but nothing too crazy. Every time I’ve gone, I walk in and sit without issues, usually at a table for two. There’s also a bar area open to the sushi bar, which adds a nice touch to the dining atmosphere.

We went to Fuji and the vibes were amazing. The chef was so funny, and fast with the food. The portions are nice. I had Steak and Chicken and it was so good! We had a great time and will definitely visit again when we are back in the area.

Just love the feel of the place. The drink menu is creative and outstanding. I have had all kinds of meals, sushi, Hibachi, Bento box, everything comes out perfect! I just wish they were open a little later on the weekends for the fabulous drinks and maybe a select few appetizers.
