What Bob Kato doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Waited forever in line and asked for sauce and wasn’t given it and have gone inside to get food before as well and was ignored as the staff were busy gossiping. Very unimpressed. The customer service is awful View all feedback.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever walked into always clean and the staff are amazing kind people i was here yesterday for lunch I truly was so impressed with the staff and went back for dinner that same night and even the night staff was amazing absolutely will keep coming back when I vist Massena next time thank

Excellent food, fresh and hot when served. However, when I and my father, both Natives, recieved our order, it was given in takeout bags. The other two groups of people were non-Native, and were given trays. Two other Natives who came in were also given bags instesd of trays. This after I had made clear that the order was dine in.
