Not sure how this place has such a high rating with such poor service and a website that doesn’t work. Placed a pick up order on their official website with a pick up time over an hour later than when the order was placed. Went to pick up my food. Great restaurant. Authentic Indian food. We order from here every month and it never disappoints. Their desserts at the front of the store is also delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed a pick up order on their official website with a pick up time over an hour later than when the order was placed. Went to pick up my food. Stood at the entrance while the worker messed around with some receipts. Guy didn’t understand I was there to pick up an order so he waited for another worker to come to the front. I showed her my order confirmation to which she replied “yeah, the website doesn’t actually work to place orders.” No apology for the inconvenience or wasted time. Then said they could have my order ready “in five minutes” so the food is not even being cooked fresh.
