She doesn’t know how to make coffee , i asked ic coffee she made another flavor and charged me 4.20$ i work at the airport no employee discount .

It's 5 am on 10/16/2022 and the not so Young Man working was sitting on his phone and cackling my son wanted something to eat and the man working proceeded to tell me that all of the bagels and the croissants that are sitting on the shelf right in front of us are thawing and he doesn't want to mess that up. Then proceeded to tell several other people he couldn't make certain things obviously seems like he only wanted to hand people stuff and take their money. I'm sorry I'm not one to leave reviews but I worked at Duncan when I was 16 as one should and now I run my own business in my late 20s I'm always one to give credit words due I know that it's pretty early but the line this morning for TSA was the longest I had ever seen it and he easily just while I was standing there costed the company hundreds of dollars completely negating him being there. Sorry bro you're grown man working at a donut shop and still playing games good luck!

I ordered a medium 5 sugar 5 cream when I got my coffee it wasn't even warm it was cold

Amber was rude and snippy when my family and I asked if she knew when other stores closed, as we ordered our food from her. Also felt she was giving dirty looks to us. Not sure if she had a bad day but I was really taken back by the attitude.
