Buffalo Wild Wings - Town of Camillus

Food was great as usual but our waiter walked by to many times to count in a 10 minute timeframe while I was wanting another beer. After our food came out by another person. The waiter never asked how the food was or anything. The total time we were there was 1 and a half hours and only talked to our waiter 4 times first time was drinks we already knew what we wanted but didn't bother asking waited till after we got our drinks to order the food

Terrible service, my husband and I were sat and we waited for 20 minutes just to be asked what we wanted to drink. Another 20 minutes have gone by and we haven't even had a waitress come and take our order. Service: Dine in Service: 1

I've ordered 2 different kinds of chicken sandwiches twice this week and the chicken is flat and tough like chewing cardboard and they barely put any sauces on it like they used to. I wasn't going to make a review but eh why waste my time stressing when I could just bring it to other people's attention. The nachos were good though but I still don't think I'm going to go back sadly and that stinks because they used to make an effort and now it's like they don't try anymore.
