Smoke Rings Barbecue

I had been eagerly anticipating this food truck for months, following it on Instagram, and today my family and I finally had the chance to try it out. We decided to sample a variety of items from the menu, including pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, short ribs, St. Louis ribs, sausage, burnt ends, mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries, and a hot dog. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the true standouts for us were the St. Louis ribs, mac and cheese, burnt ends, and hot dog!

Now, I'm not a BBQ expert, but I can confidently say this is probably the best BBQ I've had on the island. The sandwich was piled high with juicy, tender shredded chicken. It’s a feat considering how easily BBQ chicken can turn dry. The meat had a hint of sweetness that might not typically be favored in the BBQ world, but it really worked here. Combining the sandwich with the coleslaw created a beautiful blend of flavors. The mac and cheese was equally impressive. It had a perfect crispy topping with creamy, cheesy pasta underneath. No breadcrumbs and no sweetness—just how mac and cheese should be. I was so impressed with my meal that I completely forgot about the dreary weather outside. Overall, don't underestimate this food truck just because it's not a traditional restaurant. Just place your order and get ready to be amazed!

Some of the best BBQ food I've ever tasted! I always get excited when I see their truck at a trade fair or festival. You can’t miss them—they have the longest line because their food is just amazing!

First off, I rarely eat from food trucks but the food looked so good and I was craving bbq. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The mac cheese was soo good! Chicken wings were made to perfection (seasoned very well and marinated perfectly with those aged Fresno peppers the owner told me about). You cannot lose with this place!! If I could add 10 stars I would. Happy customer!!!

This truck catered my aunts 80th and they did not disappoint!! The food was kick ass and the crew running the truck were so great and accommodating! The Mac and cheese was probably the best I ever had! Even their hot dogs were amazing! They even let me pack a bunch of doggie bags to bring home to my foodie husband in NH and he loved the food even a few days old! Highly recommend
