After revamp the restaurant has changed completely from a get served at the counter and if there is not what you want they will take you how long it will take to get what it is on the shelf. The food is now cooked, put is a box which contains a little plastic container to separate the main from the noodles or rice with a large amount of salad and then chucked in a shelf until someone picks it up. I was a bit indecisive about what to order since I had a large breakfast, but when I saw wasabi, I decided to go with sushi. It turned out to be a great choice! The sushi was fresh and delicious. The only amusing thing was that some of the sushi rolls were slightly unwrapped when they were served to me. Despite that, the taste was superb!
An excellent Japanese take-off connection famous for katsu curry. eating is piping hot and taste is excellent! they have a very good spread of sushi, sandwiches too!
Woman at the till was very charming and provided good service. she also offered to swap my drink with a colder option behind the till. only problem is she gave me no fork but mistakes happen! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Date of visit: 23rd July, 19:50 I had an unpleasant experience when paying by card. After the transaction, I asked for a receipt — which I believe is a basic right for any customer. However, the staff member seemed visibly upset and told me, “I need to ask people for it,” which I found confusing and unnecessary. I don’t understand why asking for a receipt caused such a reaction. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t feel good being there and hope this can be addressed to improve future customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
