After the transaction, I asked for a receipt — which I believe is a basic right for any customer. However, the staff member seemed visibly upset and told me, “I need to ask people for it,” which I found confusing and unnecessary. I don’t understand why asking for a receipt caused such a reaction. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t feel good being there and hope this can be addressed to improve future customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The nearby Greggs offers a better value lunch deal for £5.70, which includes hot chicken gujons, potato wedges, and a drink. Many people, including myself, have switched to Greggs due to the price hike at this restaurant in Canary Wharf.

I purchased a katsu curry box and upon returning home, I found a long black hair in the box. This was frustrating for me, which is why I am leaving a 3-star review in hopes that they will improve their cleanliness in the future. Otherwise, I would have given them a 4 or 5-star rating.
