We went here for a drink on a Sunday evening, at the recommendation of an awesome bartender from another establishment. Her recommendation did not lead us astray! We easily found two seats at the bar, despite having no booking, and had great service from the bartender. Great atmosphere; the playlist is vintage hip hop at just the right volume and the seating unfussy. The cocktail list (which changes daily) is focused... View all feedback.
What SweetestThistle doesn't like about Satan's Whiskers Cocktail:
Dropped by for an after dinner cocktail recently. The place was heaving but got two seats at the bar. Our server, Stefan, was incredible. He asked a few questions about the drinks we liked and made two cocktails which suited us down to a tee!... View all feedback.
Great staff here, helpful. I had no complaints with the cocktails they were all delicious and cheap. the decor is interesting and there is a great hip hop soundtrack
Satans whiskers describes itself as a commemorative, but in reality it is far too trendy to be taken as such. I tried as many as I could and enjoyed them all (especially the a
Considering this place is practically just up the road from me it took me a little while to finally get down here. I kinda knew what to expect from the place, having been to enough cocktail joints to know the deal. But that doesn't mean I don't appreciate a new one, especially when they get it right. Ambient lighting, slightly weird taxidermy and classic cocktails that don't cost more than 8 pounds. The staff were lovely we had about three different people check up on us over the night, and we even had some of the food if we'd known it would be that good we might not have popped to Street Feast beforehand (that's a lie I ALWAYS want to go to Street Feast).
