Sandwich Plus
Description
Situated amidst the hustle of the Harbour Exchange, Sandwich Plus offers a variety of dining options, from hearty sandwiches to flavorful pastas. While some patrons praise the quality and generosity of the food, others express frustration with inconsistent service and cleanliness concerns. Busy periods seem to exacerbate ordering chaos, and a few encounters highlight a lack of hygiene. Nonetheless, many customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices, particularly for the full English breakfast and spaghetti meatballs. Ultimately, Sandwich Plus shows promise, though its execution leaves room for improvement.
Feedback
Big sandwiches, looks pretty good ingredients to be, but absolutely non-sensic mayhem at ordering, especially when they are busy. do not like how gloves are not used when bypassing with ursandwich. funny was when I asked for chicken carving and the guy just gave me an empty star I myseldly repeated and on the baked flat chicken pieces behind the glass, he looked at me and said eskalopes. a break is a sandwich shop.
Overpriced, £7 for a minted lamb and a can, **** shop run by illegals, rude to talk to , embarrassed me over my stammer... just a rip off
We happened upon this restaurant by chance and we are so glad we did! The food was excellent, especially the spaghetti meatballs which came in a generous portion for only £6. The chicken stir fry was also priced at £6 and was equally delicious. The restaurant was always bustling with people from nearby offices, and it's easy to see why - they offer a variety of options including salads, sandwiches, paninis, quiche, and hot meals. The freshly cooked food and friendly service make it a place worth returning to, which is exactly what we did the next day for paninis. The value for money is great and we will definitely be back.
I keep finding hair in my food. I had a sandwich and there was a hair so was put of for weeks. Got pasta and it had a hair in it. The guy also had a plaster hanging of his finger with blood seeping out. Not a clean place. Will not recommend at all.
The only thing worth mentioning about this restaurant is the food, but you end up paying for every little thing. I found the hot food, like the stew, to be tasteless. The sandwiches were large, though. The staff seemed rushed and were not pleasant to each other. The service seemed to focus more on quantity rather than quality. The drinks from the fridge were overpriced, so it might be better to go to the co-op instead.
