The service is lacking: they ran out of bottled water and refused to provide tap water as an alternative, we had to remind them about the rest of our order twice. They neglected the table next to us, leaving the customers waiting for half an hour. When one of the diners approached them, they simply replied "sorry, we forgot about you completely." Given the limited space and few tables, this level of service is unacceptable.

They sprinkled cinnamon on the pastries without asking, and despite ordering a regular latte, I received a small one. The pastries were tasty but overpriced compared to ones at the South Bank. I was disappointed that the Coffee Cab was not available. I regret not being more hungry as I could have gotten a better meal for the same price nearby.
