What User doesn't like about Pie Factory:
I ordered the delivery, I was so disappointed with everything. mash was tasteless, chicken filling was tasteless, chips were soggy and the baked was so tender and I'm not one to ever write reviews, so this order really upsets me. the maic was clumpy and the overall taste tasted as if there was no care at all. Today I was very disappointed the food was hard burnt and tasted old, normally it's fresh and nice but this time I don't know
Visited with 3 young kids, the staff were so nice and made everyone feel welcome. The food was piping hot and very tasty. Will definitely visit again.
The Pie Factory is located opposite Ilford station. The Restaurant had an extremely strong smell of cheese throughout. The dishes weren't particularly lunch time affordable as mains start around £7.50. Roughly seating for 40 people. The Restaurant by no means is the traditional Pie and Mash Shop. The Pies were very dry and not worth the £8.50 cost.
Went to both pie factory Whitechapel and the one in Ilford over the holiday period. Menu in Ilford was much wider and more choice. But the Whitechapel one was also good and different.
Often visit Pie Factory and it never disappoints! Good service and great food my favourite is the shepherds pie with the gravy and roasted vegetables on the side.
