Firstly they gave the incorrect cake to the drive... read more The competence of the employees in sending the cake I ordered for my sons birthday is absolutely unacceptable. Firstly they gave the incorrect cake to the driver in which when the driver arrived if I had not checked inside the bag and checked if the cake was mine I would have had someone else's cake. Furthermore in the cake the sheet specifying a different address and name was inside so this mistake is absolutely unacceptable and the workers are not checking the delivery addresses or cakes. Lastly I rang the company straight away and was told on the phone the cake would be delivered by 4pm. However at 4pm when I phoned again I was told it had JUST BEEN GIVEN TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER. THIS IS NOT FAIR! THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU KEEP CUSTOMERS TO ORDER GOODS FOR SPECIAL ANNUAL CELEBRATIONS! DISAPPOINTING!
