Food was good, although portions on the small side compared to other Chinese restaurants in this area and elsewhere. Staff were reasonably friendly although they did seem less friendly than other Chinese restaurants we’ve been to, both in this area and elsewhere.
My first time visiting this restaurant and the food did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. We ordered xiao-long bao, kung po chicken, chilli turnip squares as well as their special udon noodles. We are a family of 4 with a very fussy 6 year old and the kids loved the udon and xiao-long bao so we had to order another portion of the xiao-long bao. The restaurant had a nice chilled atmosphere and the staff was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend this restaurant which is just a short walk from the Westferry DLR.
A really interesting variety of Asian cuisine, food fresh; was cooked in the kitchen area, catering for extra spicy to mild in a nice atmosphere and surroundings; clean facilities, neatly laid out tables, good staff service prompt and unfussy. If am in Limehouse soon again, I shall definitely return.
