As of 16.4.24, the restaurant is now under new management. I had asked about this change 10 weeks ago and was told there was no new management, but now it has been confirmed. Unfortunately, I have found the service to be rude and obnoxious during my last two visits under the new management. After being a regular customer for 17 years, I have decided not to return. Instead, I have been going to Chinese Gourmet for the past 8 months. While Noodle Street has a more spacious dining area, Chinese Gourmet offers delicious and generously portioned dishes at a good value, particularly their hand pulled noodles. They also do not charge for service when dining in. During my visit to Noodle Street at 2pm, I observed staff eating and chatting happily, with some even ignoring us. This behavior was odd and we ultimately left the restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is truly delicious and authentic, but the service leaves something to be desired. My friends and I went there for lunch and found that the waiters were not very attentive. They seemed to be in the back, some even eating their own lunch, and didn't notice when we needed assistance. We often had to wait for them to come by and even then, they would only take one request from each table before leaving. When it came time to pay the bill, I asked if they could replace an orange juice that had been spilled, and they were very rude in their response, despite our polite inquiry.
