A small cafe caught my attention as I waited for my friends outside Bethnal Green station. They offer tasty homemade British and Greek dishes. I tried the kleftiko, a deliciously tender lamb dish with a crumble topping. It was served with a side of sweet potatoes and chips, a satisfying meal. Leave room for their traditional desserts, the Marmelade roots in custard was a standout! I will definitely be returning, and next time I will be sure to take photos because the food is too good not to share.
