Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I was asked to leave the store and escorted to the exit by security. I experienced the worst customer service ever! I was at... read more Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I was asked to leave the store and escorted to the exit by security. I experienced the worst customer service ever! I was at the self-checkout with only one other person, a woman who was chatting with a customer about her holidays. When I asked for help with my alcohol purchase, she ignored me. Despite asking politely multiple times, she continued to ignore me. When I mentioned that she had been chatting instead of helping me, she accused me of lying and called the manager over. The manager, who was not wearing a mask, then asked me to leave the store claiming he didn't like my attitude. I was then escorted out by security. I will never return to Morrisons again and will take my business to other supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Tesco. The customer service at Sainsbury's was much better and I was treated with respect. It's crucial for businesses to provide good customer service as customers deserve a pleasant shopping experience.

Verbally abused with racist comment from a security officer in wood green Morrison, and has been stop and search for nothing, and when asked was told because i... read more Verbally abused with racist comment from a security officer in wood green Morrison, and has been stop and search for nothing, and when asked was told because i didn't use the main till and that it looked like i was going to walk out and in fact I was going to use the front door till as i have a heavy load of shopping with a 2 year old, I would have expected him to use common sense...but at last none was used.

They advertised bloomer bread and when I asked for it I was told that the bakery didn’t supply them with any. The next day I went back around lunch time. There was a big A board advertising fish and chips so I asked for that. They told me there was no fish! I mentioned that perhaps they shouldn’t be advertising it so heavily since they don’t have it. Ordered the brunch breakfast instead with bloomer bread. This time they apparently had bloomer bread but I got regular white bread by mistake. Also one of the eggs was broken and the yolk was solid. Disappointed again so I won’t go back.
