I'm so glad I did some research and chose here,as walking around Brick Lane later that night the choice was endless and according to TA reviews there arent many great places to eat. Anyway, this is in a side road off mid Brick Lane. Its more of a cafe than a plush, intimate restaurant but it was really clean, friendly staff and the food was fantastic with generous portions, good veggie choice too. Its BYO, with an off license a few doors away, so this saves on costs although at £13pp for poppadoms a starter, main and cokes, we were hardly blowing the budget! I love Indian food and this was fab.
