Menu

A complete menu of Lahore Express from Tower Hamlets featuring all 10 dishes and drinks can be found here on the list.

Located in London, this Pakistani restaurant may not have the most exciting ambiance, but offers delicious and reasonably priced food with plenty of vegetarian options. While customer service is good, the decor may be lacking. Dishes like chicken and lamb kebab rolls are popular, along with mixed grills and fish tandoor. The menu features classic Indian and Pakistani dishes, such as biriyani and lamb curry. Despite minor issues like cleanliness and occasional food unavailability, this restaurant is a local gem for those looking for tasty, inexpensive meals. Overall, a great option for those craving authentic South Asian cuisine.

I ordered food for my family and it was perfect! Everyone was satisfied and asked where I got it. The family-run restaurant had a great ambiance, and the father and son team at the front desk were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.

What 4Eva2015 dislikes about Lahore Express:
I ordered lamb biryani and lamb karahi to go. The lamb biryani smelled off, almost no meat and not the traditional biryani that this place once served. I asked for the lamb karahi to be made very spicy, but it was not spicy at all. The first thing that struck me about the lamb curry was the disgusting smell! How long have they had the curry and lamb biryani sitting there? Absolutely disgusting! This place has gone do... View all feedback.

I think people already have, the place was dead on a Friday night!

The first impression of the place is that it's a regular spot, the seating for dining in is somewhat plain. The customer service was good. The price is average and overall fine, and the taste of the food was good as well. We had a chicken and lamb kebab roll. We wanted to order fries from the menu, but on both days we visited that week they were out of fries, which was a bit disappointing. It's worth a try if you haven't been yet and are considering it, but don't expect a spectacular experience.

It used to be a bit more exciting in the back when it had a seating area with mirrors, but now it's pretty bland. It's not a fancy night out, but it's good takeout food. We usually go for biriyani, shaami kabab, veg samosas, and any lamb curry they have made that day. The rice pudding (kheer) is also a delight. This is definitely a local gem for us.
