When I placed my order, my food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Another customer waited 60 minutes for his food, with the excuse that the person preparing it was in the restroom. He had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I ordered 2 large portions of chips but only received 1 small portion and was overcharged by two pounds.
The customer service at this restaurant was awful. My server spilled a quarter of my Pepsi and didn't bother to refill it, even though it was their fault.
I do not recommend this restaurant due to the absolutely terrible customer service, lack of hygiene, and inaccessible toilets, even though the food was good. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning or should just be shut down.
Bethnal Green Kfc is the slowest i ever been, unprofessional staffs. I wait there for around 25 minutes even they were busy.
My order number was 2126. You could not move inside because of the just eat riders with their huge bags on their backs. I order a bucket and addition 2 burgers and wings. I asked the cashier Jhumka (7540) serving me if everything was there as there is no space for me to check myself. She said yes. Got home to find NO wings again. Yes not the first time. Very very disappointed
