There was no apology from the staff, and one worker even seemed annoyed when I inquired about my order. It appeared that once the restaurant started making money, they neglected basic customer service and management.

Unfortunately, the rice... read more I also tried the little chicken baked rice with chili, priced at £3.45. When ordering, they asked if I wanted it spicy, and I said yes. Unfortunately, the rice was not cooked properly - it was either too hard or overcooked, which detracted from the meal. However, the fried egg pieces in the rice added a nice touch. The chicken was tender and flavorful, but the overall dish was ruined by the poorly cooked rice.
