There was no apology from the staff, and one worker even seemed annoyed when I inquired about my order. It appeared that once the restaurant started making money, they neglected basic customer service and management.

Unfortunately, the rice was not cooked properly - it was either too hard or overcooked, which detracted from the meal. However, the fried egg pieces in the rice added a nice touch. The chicken was tender and flavorful, but the overall dish was ruined by the poorly cooked rice.

They use incredibly hot chilis, but don't worry - they only make it spicy if you request it. While the wait times can be long, up to 2 hours during peak hours, the delicious food is worth the wait. Battered burgers are great. Only problem is the portion size of a curry chip roll. Used to be way bigger before.
