I ordered the spicy soup and was disappointed by how overwhelmingly limey it was, with little spice. I struggled to eat much of the broth, as I usually enjoy it more than the noodles. When I mentioned this to the staff, they suggested I ask for it less limey next time. I believe Pho should reconsider their recipe rather than putting the onus on customers to request changes. The excessive lime in the soup was off-putting and left me feeling like I was puckering with each bite.
