When I phone up to s... read more I like the chicken from this place but am now fed up to the back teeth with their 2 to 3 hour delivery when they promise just over an hour. When I phone up to see where my food is they lie to me and say its just left, its on its way. Half hour later i phone back 'the man just left, hes on his way! ' When challenged they say 'we are very busy, sorry sorry ' and other empty platitudes Today they managed to get half the order wrong, they delivered wrong drink, burger buns were flaky iceland budget price ones, the chicken had no sauce and the chips actually felt icy cold. Never again. I used to love your chicken but your staff just dont give a damn about customer service.
