Terrible experience on Eurovision night. Tried to order 2 pizzas — payment went through but got an error message and no confirmation. Thought it failed, so I tried again with another card — same issue. Called the store 3 minutes later and was told both orders went through. Explained it was a duplicate caused by their system, but the staff refused to cancel and hung up on me. Only received one order (2 pizzas) but was charged £56 for two. Still no refund, no confirmation email, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never ordering from Domino’s again. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Ordered food last night but WAS NOT DELIVERED. They claim to deliver it but no calls whatsoever made, and after calling the branch they even asked me to collect it?! This kind of service where you paid for pizza to be deliver but did not even see a shadow of the delivery is ridiculous! Very rude staff as well! Paid £30 for nothing!! These guys made a complete mess of our pizzas and then hung up the phone when I called to see how they could fix it, when I called back 10 seconds later the same man answered the phone and started pretending to speak in a different tone of voice acting as if he didn’t know what had happened. He then claimed to be the delivery driver who had just left my house 30 seconds previously (which is a 10 minute drive away from the shop! They are complete liars and their food is garbage. I’ve never seen a manipulative pizza takeaway place, but there you go! Avoid them at all costs.
I always order from this branch and never leave reviews but had to on this particular occasion. Usually if something is out of stock they just don’t send it or send something else. This time Shahid called me and informed me prior and asked if I wanted anything else as they didn’t have something that I ordered. I decided not to get a replacement. He then went to another branch to pick some up and kindly came back and dropped off what I was missing. Amazing! Thank you Shahid :
