Nestled in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch, DF Mexico brings the spirited essence of Mexico City to London. The restaurant, inspired by a fusion of US and Mexican culinary traditions, offers a casual dining experience reminiscent of American diners, complete with a diverse taco and margarita menu. Diners rave about the friendly atmosphere, unique décor, and flavorful tacos, often complemented by creative frozen margaritas. While some have encountered service hiccups, most leave with satisfying memories, suggesting that DF Mexico is a must-try for anyone seeking a lively Mexican food adventure amidst London’s cultural scene.
Your tacos are incredible, full of flavour and not very expensive for the portion you get. Different service as you would get in any other place, but we are in 2023 almost, so innovation is the key. Will come back to try different food and churos.
I booked a table for my Christmas team and we had such a good day. We had a deal of £5 margerita and the menu was about £15. Very quick service and the team even sing my birthday as I brought a cake. Thank you it was a pleasant surprise.
We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table as was busy, which was no problem. the staff were all friendly and grets ervice. food was faster than expected due to business. food was delicious. we had the burrito and rice bowl, and both were really tasty. only complaint is that need to order on phone via qr code. i know this is how times are going but we find it a nuisance.
The service at this restaurant is wonderful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The food is incredibly tasty, with unique and exciting flavors. They also offer delicious refillable soft drinks and provide excellent bottled sauces free of charge, similar to Nando's.
The food was incredible and the service was exceptional. I accidentally dropped my taco on my way out, but they kindly replaced it for me free of charge. This is by far the best taco in London with top-notch service, 10/10.
