Was jxx9595 at Damascus Bite a mag?
I picked this spot for lunch, somewhat at random. There are a few tables for eating in, and I was alone and didn't need any fancy service. The host/waiter was friendly and accommodating. I had a wrap that was freshly made, different that I've seen elsewhere (in the US, anyway), and tasty. Chips were average. Nothing gourmet, but a nice mid-east ethnic menu with many things to select from. Not sure that this would be... View all feedback.
What Elizabeth Cunningham dislikes about Damascus Bite:
Amazing food at great prices. The service and establishment are definitely no frills but the price and the food definitely more than make up for that. No alcohol can be consumed on the premises. View all feedback.

Great melodie. we ordered a baptism. mutabel dressed with granatapfel (similar to baba ghanoush) and mohamara with walnuts (similar to romesco) were both great dives for warm brot. we had some of the bouraka: cheese, spinat and lamb. kebbeh was a dry touch for me.
The food here is full of taste! in our group we had mainly the mixed grills that are a lot of grilled meat kewers. everyone was very tasty the waitress and chef were brilliant in terms of service, very friendly and accommodating portions were brilliant for the price. we are all satisfied and full.
My friends and I stumbled on this place after the exploration of lane brick. We were very hungry when we found this place and from outside, it was not all that was appealing. we looked at the menu outside and decided to make sure that Syrian food sounded good. on the top it was halaal. the appetizers we had were very good, interesting seasoned. I had a royal cousin who was quite tall and full of meat. I couldn't finish it! I cost it. they bring the bill with sweet tasty. it wasn't my pleasure because it was too oily. but great place! recommended.
Beautiful decoration and large portions. eating here was as delicious as the Moroccan tee.
Nestled in the heart of Brick Lane, this unpretentious restaurant offers a delightful taste of Middle Eastern cuisine at reasonable prices. Patrons appreciate the vibrant flavors, with dishes like kibbeh, hummus, and diverse wraps standing out. The friendly staff enhances the experience, providing attentive service and complimentary extras, such as fresh juices and sweets. While the ambiance is modest and alcohol is not served, the warm atmosphere and delicious, generously portioned meals make it a satisfying choice for families and groups alike. Overall, it’s a charming spot for those seeking authentic flavors and excellent value in London.

Our group of 6 called in here for a quick lunch after a busy morning sightseeing in London. We ordered a variety of wraps which were all very tasty. But that wasn’t the end of it we were treated to complimentary pickles, rice and finally the most delicious baclava type sweets ….and then some more of them to take away with us! Charming service, excellent value and highly recommended if you’re in the area.
The staff were lovely and the food was delicious! The Islamic artwork of the restaurant was beautiful and inspiring. My daughter loved it!

The food is decent, lacking in flavor, but the portions are large. The seating is tight.
Ordered Chicken Shawarma wrap to go, left with a smile. The old man serving me is sooo kind and friendly.
Tiny place nearly on the end of Brick Lane with great food. We had some complementary om ali which was really nice. Service isn't anything special but I prefer it that way!
The place is cute, the boss is super nice and the Wraps were succulent! The price is correct being given that the taste was perfect free WiFi!

We decided to give Damascus Bite a try while visiting Shoreditch, and we’re so glad we did. The food (we shared the hummus and chicken shawarma platter) was phenomenal and also plenty for two. The food was extremely flavorful, and the rice simply blew us away with how deliciously spiced it was. It was as flavorful as biryani rice, which both surprised and impressed us. Don’t sleep on Damascus Bites we’ll be coming by here whenever we are in London again! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: They had clearly labeled vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The food was authentic and delicious. We highly recommend the chicken shawarma platter and loved the friendly and welcoming staff!
